We are proud to say that we are the first Non-Smoking apartment complex in Flagstaff. We believe to everyone's right to clean air and healthy living, so we have a community that refrains from smoking in the units and anywhere on the site! 

Pet Policy

At Bear Ridge, we are a pet friendly community with multiple pet owners residing with us. Though, we do have a few policies regarding our pet owners.

Leasing

When leasing, we offer a standard 9 or 12 month lease. We are unfortunately unable to offer any shorter term leases at this time. Your application will include:

• A credit history
• A recent criminal history 
• An eviction report
• $45 application fee per adult

Currently, we only accept applications for guaranteed openings. If we are unable to guarantee an opening, we will happily place you on our wait-list (at no charge) until we have guaranteed openings.
